Mexican Recipes : Simple Salsa Dip

Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (diced and fresh)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • seasoning to taste
  • 1 jalapeno, (diced)
Instructions:
  1. Combine together all ingredients, except the jalapeno, in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add in only half of the jalapeno, and tomatillo (optional), and taste. Add additional spice by increasing the amount of jalapeno used, taste after each addition. Chill in fridge for at least one hour before serving.
