MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE

Mexican Fruit Cake : Tips make a good cake here.
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 cup nuts
      Mix together and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
TOPPING:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat softened cream cheese with butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and pour over cake while still warm. Source : Cook
